This is a cool and unique item. It’s a Walden Worcester ratchet wrench for Model T Ford brake and reverse bands. It has a box end wrench on one end and a ratchet on the other. It was only used for two things. To adjust the brakes and reverse bands. Simpler times called for simpler tools.
