These are hand carved walnut kitchen utensils in a walnut base. The set comes with two different shaped spoons, one flat and one round, with a flat spatula. The handles are long and straight and easy to hold. They feel good in your hand and look great displayed on your counter. These are absolutely to be used daily. You will never go back to plastic utensils after using a quality set of wooden utensils. Here is the catch, don’t let them soak in the sink. Set them to the side if you don’t have the time to wash them. True, they are easier to clean if you rinse them right away. But it’s a simple adjustment for the benefit of true wood utensils. Maybe once a month, you wipe on a beeswax oil mix and they will look brand new forever. When you purchase these utensils, ask me about the beeswax oil and I will absolutely set you up for success.
