Carved oak burl wood, meaning it’s the diseased part of the tree with disfigured grain and knots. But when you slice it up and put a finish on it, you get unique characteristics that are one of a kind. Clear epoxy resin was used to fill in the voids. This is a custom-made piece, so your item may vary slightly from the one pictured because each piece of wood is unique.
