This is a solid teak buffet table built using traditional joinery techniques. There are no fasteners used. It is solid and heavy. We burned the teak wood using the Japanese sho Sugi ban method. This piece is stunning and depending on the light can look jet black or brownish red. There is a depth to the color that the different lights bring out. The high gloss finish makes it shine.
